摘要
为了探讨铁尾矿掺量对混凝土单轴强度的影响规律,测试了不同铁尾矿砂掺量下混凝土3、7、28 d龄期下的单轴抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗弯强度,并用强度变化率来评价铁尾矿掺量对混凝土强度的影响。研究发现在标准龄期时,抗压强度与抗拉强度在铁尾矿掺量0~50%区间内小幅降低,而抗弯强度在此范围内略微增强。最后通过回归分析,建立了强度与铁尾矿掺量、龄期的拟合预测公式,同时确立了抗压、抗弯以及抗拉强度的拟合关系,拟合关系式的相关性良好。由此可直观地展示铁尾矿掺量对混凝土强度的影响,进而实现对铁尾矿砂混凝土强度的预测,为铁尾矿替代混凝土用砂的固废利用方式提供试验基础和技术支撑。
In order to explore the influence of iron ore tailings(IOTs)contents on the uniaxial strength of concrete,the uniaxial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete at the age of 3,7,28 d under different contents of IOTs sand were tested,and change rate of strength were used to comprehensively evaluate the influence of IOTs contents on the strength of concrete.It is found that compressive and tensile strength decreases slightly in the range of 0~50%IOTs contents on 28 d,while the flexural strength increases slightly in this range.Finally,through the regression analysis,the relationship between strength and IOTs contents and the relationship between three uniaxial strength are fitted,which has a good correlation.It could show the effect of the content of IOTs on the strength of the concrete and then realize the prediction of the strength value of IOTs concrete,providing experimental basis and technical support for the utilization of iron ore tailings as a substitute for concrete sand.
