多网融合理念下城市存量地区慢行和绿道系统更新优化策略——以天津市滨海新区核心区为例

摘要 在绿色转型发展提速的时代,文章通过梳理国内外城市慢行与绿道系统的发展现状,借鉴巴塞罗那、波特兰、新加坡市等城市的建设经验,总结出多网融合理念和规划持续动态更新的国际趋势;结合天津市滨海新区核心区存量空间发展现状,应用ArcGIS空间分析、空间句法和实地观察等多种方法,评估了慢行和绿道系统覆盖度、连通度和功能性等方面的现状问题;基于多网融合理念,以多体系融合、联系生活圈、提升连接度、优化服务性为目标,提出了提高绿色慢行网络密度,提升服务设施通达性,改造交通立体系统,建立专项设计导则等适用于存量地区的更新优化策略,为高质量绿色发展提供参考借鉴。 In the era of accelerating green transformation and development,this paper examines the development status of non-mobilized traffic and greenway systems in domestic and foreign cities,and draws on the construction experience of cities such as Barcelona,Portland,and Singapore City.It summarizes the development concept of multi-network integration and the international development trend of continuous dynamic optimization in planning and management.By combining the current development status of the Tianjin Binhai New Area,this paper uses various methods such as ArcGIS spatial analysis,spatial syntax,and field observation to evaluate the coverage,connectivity,and functionality of the non-mobilized traffic and greenway systems from multiple dimensions.Based on the concept of multi-network integration,this paper proposes comprehensive optimization strategies applicable to existing areas,such as improving the density of green slow traffic networks,enhancing the accessibility of service facilities,transforming the transportation system in a three-dimensional manner,and establishing special design guidelines.These strategies aim to enhance connectivity,optimize service,and connect living areas,providing more reference and guidance for the dynamic development and continuous optimization of non-mobilized traffic and greenway systems in Chinese cities.
