复合材料板簧研究进展

摘要 “双碳”背景下,汽车轻量化和节能减排是汽车行业发展的必然趋势。复合材料板簧由于具备的轻质高强等显著优势广泛应用于汽车上。本文介绍了复合材料板簧在国内外的研究和应用现状,阐述了复合材料板簧的主要优势和结构形式,着重分析了复合材料板簧材料选择以及模压工艺、拉挤工艺、缠绕工艺、RTM等成型工艺方法,最后对复合材料成型工艺及未来发展进行展望。 Under the background of“dual carbon”,lightweighting and energy conservation and emission reduction of automobiles are inevitable trends in the development of the automotive industry.Composite leaf springs are widely used in automobiles due to their significant advantages such as lightweight and high strength.This article introduces the research and application status of composite leaf springs at home and abroad,elaborates on the main advantages and structural forms of composite leaf springs,and focuses on analyzing the selection of composite leaf spring materials,as well as molding processes such as compression molding,extrusion,winding,and RTM.Finally,it looks forward to the future development of composite material molding processes.
