中国南瓜种质资源姜柄瓜的苗期耐旱性评价

摘要 干旱会严重影响植物的生长。为应对干旱对蔬菜生产的影响,选育和推广应用耐旱、抗旱品种是一项重要的策略。利用高渗溶液20%PEG-6000对20个不同品种的姜柄瓜幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理,测定茎粗、株高、植株干质量、地上部干质量、地下部干质量、植株鲜质量、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、真叶数量、真叶长度、真叶宽度、叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、干旱指数等指标,利用相关性分析、差异性分析、聚类分析对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:滇溪黑钻的茎粗、植株干质量、地上部干质量、地下部干质量、植株鲜质量、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、真叶长度和真叶宽度指标均最大,分别为0.68 cm、6.15 g、3.04 g、3.11 g、7.18 g、3.55 g、3.64 g、4.34 cm和5.34 cm,其中植株干质量、地上部干质量、地下部干质量、植株鲜质量、地上部鲜质量与其他品种间均存在显著差异;真叶数量和SPAD值这2个指标的变异系数最小,均为10%,地下部鲜质量的变异系数最大,为53%;植株干质量和地下部干质量间的相关性系数(0.965)最大。综合隶属函数值排名第1的品种是滇溪黑钻,抗旱性最好,排名第2的为彩云精选,抗旱性次之。应用聚类分析将供试品种分为5类,滇溪黑钻为第1类,最抗旱;彩云精选品种为第2类;其余品种抗旱性较弱,分别聚在其他3类。本试验筛选出滇溪黑钻、彩云精选这2个抗旱性较好的品种,为后续姜柄瓜抗旱育种提供了材料,同时为苗期抗旱研究提供了参考。 Drought can seriously affect the growth of plants.In order to cope with the impact of drought on vegetable production,breeding and popularizing drought-tolerance and drought-resistance varieties is an important strategy.20 different varieties of Cucurbita moschata seedlings were subjected to drought stress treatment by using hypertonic solution of 20%PEG-6000.Stem diameter,plant height,plant dry weight,aboveground dry weight,root dry weight,plant fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight,root fresh weight,number of real leaves,real leaf length,real leaf width,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value)of leaves and drought index were measured,and drought resistance was comprehensively evaluated by using correlation analysis,difference analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the indexes of stem diameter,plant dry weight,aboveground dry weight,root dry weight,plant fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight,root fresh weight,real leaf length and real leaf width of'Dianxiheizuan'variety were all the largest,which were 0.68 cm,6.15 g,3.04 g,3.11 g,7.18 g,3.55 g,3.64 g,4.34 cm and 5.34 cm,respectively,and indicators of plant dry weight,aboveground dry weight,root dry weight,plant fresh weight and aboveground fresh weight showed significant differences compared with other varieties,respectively.The variation coefficients of two indicators of the real leaves number and SPAD value were the smallest,both were 10%,while the variation coefficient of root fresh weight was the largest with 53%.The correlation coefficient between plant dry weight and root dry weight was the largest(0.965).The first variety of comprehensive membership function value was'Dianxiheizuan',which has the best drought resistance,followed by the'Caiyunjingxuan'variety with the second drought resistance.The tested varieties were divided into five categories by cluster analysis,and'Dianxiheizuan'was in group 1,which was the most drought resistant variety,'Caiyunjingxuan'was in group 2,and other varieties had weaker drought resistance and were clustered into the other three groups,respectively.In this experiment,two varieties with good drought resistance were screened out,including'Dianxiheizuan'and'Caiyunjingxuan',which provided materials for the follow-up drought resistance breeding of Cucurbita moschata,and provided reference for the research of drought resistance during the seedling stage.
