神术散治疗胃肠动力障碍机制的网络药理学研究

摘要 目的:利用网络药理学及分子对接技术,系统分析神术散治疗胃肠动力障碍(GMD)的作用机制,为临床应用和实验提供参考思路。方法:从相关数据库检索并记录神术散的活性成分、靶点和GMD相关基因。使用软件对靶点间的相互作用关系进行拓扑分析,寻找核心靶点,并且对作用靶点进行富集分析和分子对接验证。结果:神术散的活性成分114种,作用靶点253个,与GMD交集靶点119个。相关靶点在各种生物过程、细胞功能方面的富集显著,且与GMD信号通路的关系紧密。交集靶点主要分布在甲状腺、前列腺、松果体、心脏、垂体、肝脏等。结论:神术散的主要药物有效成分可能通过多个靶点和信号通路治疗GMD。 Objective:Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking,the mechanism of shenzhu san in treating gastrointestinal motility disorder(GMD)was studied,which provided reference for clinical application and experiment.Methods:Get the interaction between the targets,and use software for topology analysis to find the core target.Enrich and analyze the target and verify the molecular docking.Results:There are 114 kinds of active ingredients in shenzhu san,and 253 active targets.There are 119 targets at the intersection of shenzhu san and GMD.The results of enrichment analysis show that the related targets are significantly enriched in various biological processes and cell functions,and the targets are closely related to GMD signaling pathway.The intersecting targets are mainly distributed in thyroid,prostate,pineal gland,heart,pituitary gland,liver and prefrontal cortex.Conclusion:The main effective components of shenzhu san may interfere with GMD through multiple targets and signal pathways.
