摘要
空压机作为工业生产基础装备之一,被广泛应用于建材、冶金、矿山和电力等行业,在建筑垃圾再生骨料加工过程中,主要用于保障除尘、气动阀门、空气炮、气力输送等设备的平稳运行。为此,从压缩空气站系统设计、压缩空气管网布置、压缩空气系统节能措施等方面进行分析,提出了空压机以及后处理设备的选型依据、管网布置、系统节能优化措施等,旨在提升系统效率和可靠性,降低维护成本,为建材行业压缩空气系统设计提供借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzes the system design,compressed air pipeline network layout,and energy-saving measures of compressed air system from the aspects of compressed air station system design,and puts forward the selection basis,pipe network layout,and system energy-saving optimization measures of air compressor and post-treatment equipment,aiming to improve system efficiency and reliability,reduce maintenance costs,and provide reference for the design of compressed air system in the building materials industry.
