摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视中医药工作,对发展中医药做出了一系列重要论述。习近平总书记关于中医药的重要论述,围绕着“为什么发展中医药,发展什么样的中医药,如何发展中医药”三个基本问题,从中医药文化的地位、发挥中医药独特的治病功能、坚定对中医药文化的自信、发展继承好中医药、讲好中医药故事传播好中医药文化五个方面揭示了其丰富意涵,对发展新时代中医药事业具有重大理论意蕴、实践价值和世界意义。新时代要从进一步铸牢“中医药是中华民族的瑰宝,一定要保护好、发掘好、发展好、传承好”的理念,完善推进中医药发展的制度,通过多维路径深入普及中医药文化教育等方面来践行习近平总书记关于中医药的重要论述。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the work of Chinese medicine and has made a series of important discourses on its development.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on Chinese medicine revolves around three fundamental questions:"Why is it necessary to develop Chinese medicine?What kind of Chinese medicine should be developed?How should Chinese medicine be developed?"Moreover,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse reveals its rich implications from five aspects,namely consolidating the status of Chinese medicine culture,leveraging the unique therapeutic role of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the diseases,strengthening confidence in Chinese medicine culture,developing and inheriting Chinese medicine,and telling the stories of Chinese medicine well in order to spread Chinese medicine culture well.Therefore,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse has significant theoretical implications,practical values,and global significance for the development of Chinese medicine in the new era.In the new era,it is necessary to further strengthen the concept that"Chinese medicine is a treasure of the Chinese nation,and must be protected,excavated,developed,and inherited well",improve the system for promoting the development of Chinese medicine,and deeply popularize the education of Chinese medicine culture through multidimensional paths to practice General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on Chinese medicine.
