摘要
针对在轨组装测量场景需求,提出了基于摄影测量与激光雷达扫描测量组合的测量方案设计与测量不确定度分析方法。对大尺寸结构型面几何测量的仪器和方法进行探讨,确定了在轨组装天线型面精度测量的总体方案,建立了摄影测量与激光雷达扫描测量组合的测量不确定度分析计算模型;对在轨组装天线型面精度测量的多测站布局方案进行评价,并对测量不确定度受到的影响进行了分析,为大尺寸天线在轨组装测量方案的设计、评价与方案优化提供了依据。
The measurement planning and uncertainty analysis methods based on the combination of distance measurement and photogrammetry are proposed for the requirements of on-orbit assembly.By comparing the geometric measurement instruments and methods for large-size structure,the overall planning of measuring the profile accuracy of antenna is determined.The uncertainty analysis model of the combination measurement of photogrammetry and light detection and ranging distance measurement and multiple measurement stations are established to evaluate uncertainties of different measurement layout.It provides the basis for the design,evaluation and optimization of the measurement planning and accuracy assurance of large-size antenna structure on-orbit assembly.
