桉黄卷蛾生物学特性观察及雌雄鉴别

摘要 【目的】明确桉黄卷蛾(Archips sp.)的生物学特性,掌握野外无损、简易、快速的雌雄鉴别方法,为该害虫的预测预报提供理论依据。【方法】通过人工饲养观察桉黄卷蛾的生物学特性,并借助三维显微镜对各虫态的形态特征进行观测,分析雌雄间的差异。【结果】在(26±1)℃、光周期14L∶10D、光照度2000 lx条件下,桉黄卷蛾卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫的历期分别为(6.88±1.01)、(22.98±3.67)、(6.89±1.42)、(11.59±0.42)d,其中,幼虫共5龄,各龄期分别为(3.47±0.97)、(1.83±0.75)、(4.67±1.03)、(5.20±1.30)、(9.57±1.43)d。成虫羽化率为88.71%,交配后每头雌虫平均产卵4块,每块平均87粒。桉黄卷蛾幼虫在4~5龄时出现肉眼可分辨的雌雄差异特征,其中,雄虫背部第5腹节有淡黄色“肾形”斑纹,为未发育成型的精巢。雄蛹第9腹节有一生殖孔,两侧各有一瘤状凸起,各腹节分节明显;雌蛹第8、9腹节分别有生殖孔和产卵孔,第9、10腹节分节不明显。雄成虫翅面颜色较深,有明显褐色斑纹,腹部纤细,末端有黄褐色毛丛;雌成虫翅面颜色较淡,腹部粗壮,前翅顶角外突,似钟形,前缘末端各有一束黑色鳞毛。【结论】明确了桉黄卷蛾的生物学特性,根据成虫或4~5龄幼虫的形态特征可对其性别进行准确鉴别。 【Objective】The biological characteristics of Archips sp.were clarified to establish a non-destructive,simple and rapid sex identification method in the field,and provide theoretical basis for the pest forecasting.【Method】The biological characteristics of Archips sp.were observed by artificial rearing,and the differences in the morphological traits between male and female Archips sp.at different insect states were dissected with the aid of 3-dimensional microscope.【Result】Under the conditions of(26±1)℃,photoperiod of 14 light∶10 dark,and light intensity of 2000 lx,the egg,larvae,pupae,and adult stages of Archips sp.lasted for(6.88±1.01),(22.98±3.67),(6.89±1.42),and(11.59±0.42)d,respectively;and the 5 instars of larvae continued for(3.47±0.97),(1.83±0.75),(4.67±1.03),(5.20±1.30),(9.57±1.43)d.The eclosion rate was 88.71%and each female laid an average of 4 blocks with an average of 87 eggs in each block after mating.The sex of Archips sp.larvae can be distinguished at the 4th to 5th instar,with the male having yellowish kidney-shaped mottling on the 5th abdominal segment of the back,which is the undeveloped spermathecae.The male pupa has a genital pore on the 9th abdominal segment,with a verrucose protuberance on both sides,and the segmentation of each abdominal segment is obvious.The female pupa has a genital pore and an ovipositor pore on the 8th and 9th abdominal segment,respectively,and the segmentation from the 9th to 10th abdominal segments is not obvious.The male adult has darker wing surfaces with distinct brown markings,slender abdomens with a tuft of yellowish-brown scopula at the end.By contrast,the female adult has lighter wing surface color,thickset abdomens,forewings with outwardly protruding apical horns that resemble bells,and a tuft of black scaly hair at the end of each anterior margin.【Conclusion】The biological characteristics of Archips sp.were clarified,and its sex could be accurately identified according to the morphological characteristics of adult or 4th-5th instar larvae.
