三级综合医院门诊管理是一个复杂的管理过程,涉及到多项不同领域。本文总结了诊室共享化+专科化管理的内涵,探讨了诊室共享化+专科化管理在三级综合医院门诊管理中的挑战,提出了诊室共享化+专科化管理模式提高三级综合医院门诊管理质量的措施:积极实行精细化管理、推广数字化信息管理、加强人员素质整体建设、坚持以人为本的服务宗旨。
Outpatient management in tertiary comprehensive hospitals is a complex management process that involves multiple different fields.This article summarized the connotation of consultation room sharing and specialized management,explored the challenges of consultation room sharing and specialized management in outpatient management of tertiary comprehensive hospitals,and proposed measures to improve the quality of outpatient management in tertiary comprehensive hospitals through the consultation room sharing and specialized management model:actively implementing refined management,promoting digital information management,strengthening the overall construction of personnel quality,and adhering to the service tenet of people-oriented.
