摘要
人口老龄化成为许多国家的发展常态,数字经济成为许多国家经济发展的新动力。数字经济与人口老龄化之间相互碰撞能产生什么样的火花呢?人口老龄化社会发展数字经济有利于释放消费空间,带来经济增长新动力;加速产业升级;促进数字和实体经济共同发展。同时也面临着挑战,不利于经济结构升级、社会治理水平提高、生活水平稳定等。直面这些挑战必须要从政府、社会、家庭和个人方面进行解决。政府要加强顶层设计,社会发挥保障作用,家庭进行数字反哺,老年人应当破除传统观念,实现数字覆盖每个群体,让数字红利为老年人所享有。
Population aging has become the normal development of many countries,and the digital economy has become a new driving force for the economic development of many countries.What are the sparks of the collision between the digital economy and an aging population?The development of the digital economy in an aging society is conducive to unlocking consumer space,bringing new momentum for economic growth,accelerating industrial upgrading,and promoting the joint development of digital and real economies.However,challenges also exist,such as those related to the upgrading of economic structures,improvement of social governance levels,and stability of living standards.To squarely face these challenges,solutions must be sought from the perspec-tives of the government,society,families,and individuals.The government should strengthen top-level design,society should play a protective role,families should give back digitally,and old-er adults should break away from traditional concepts,aiming to achieve digital coverage across all groups,allowing the elderly to enjoy the benefits of digital dividends.
