摘要
酚类抗氧化剂在多个领域备受青睐的主要原因是其卓越的抗氧化性能,但不同种类的酚类抗氧化剂存在明显的效能差异,因此,建立标准化测量流程十分必要。本研究通过实验室管理规范化、流程标准化、质量标准化、作业标准化和制度标准化等措施,建立了一个完整的标准化测量流程。在实施标准化管理后,发现抗氧化剂样品的合格率显著提高,检验设备问题所致的差错率和实验人员所致的差错率显著降低。统计学分析进一步证实了这些结果的显著性,标准化测量流程管理在酚类抗氧化剂效能评价中发挥了重要作用,提升了评价结果的准确性和可靠性。展望未来,将进一步完善管理体系,优化评价流程,以推动该领域的持续发展。
The main reason why phenolic antioxidants are favored in many fields is their excellent antioxidant properties,but there are significant differences in the effectiveness of different types of phenolic antioxidants.So,it is necessary to establish standardized measurement procedures.In this study,a complete standardized measurement process is established through the standardization of laboratory management,process standardization,quality standardization,operation standardization and system standardization.After the implementation of standardized management,it is found that the qualified rate of antioxidant samples is significantly improved,and the error rate caused by inspection equipment problems and the error rate caused by experimental personnel are significantly reduced.Statistical analysis further confirms the significance of these results,and standardized measurement process management plays an important role in evaluating the effectiveness of phenolic antioxidants,and improving the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results.Looking to the future,the management system will be further improved and the evaluation process will be optimized to promote the sustainable development of the field.
