摘要
为实现对软岩巷道围岩变形的有效控制,以山西A矿6303运输巷为研究对象,对运输巷围岩变形特征及影响因素进行分析,发现运输巷变形以顶板下沉及部分位置顶板漏顶、金属网网兜等为主。为此,结合6303运输巷现场条件及以往围岩控制经验,提出采用顶板全锚索主动支护+钢架棚被动支护+注浆及喷浆方式优化支护,在顶板及两帮均进行喷浆,并对两帮支护参数进行优化。工程应用后,6303运输巷围岩变形量大的问题得到较好解决,顶板及两帮均保持稳定,其中顶底板、两帮移近量分别控制在152、94 mm以内,围岩控制效果显著。研究成果可为其他矿井类似软岩巷道围岩支护工作的开展提供经验借鉴。
In order to realize the effective control of surrounding rock deformation of soft rock roadway,taking 6303 transportation roadway of A Mine in Shanxi as the research object,the deformation characteristics and influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation of transportation roadway were analyzed.It was found that the deformation of transportation roadway was mainly caused by roof subsidence,roof fallen and loose of metal mesh net.Therefore,combined with the site conditions of 6303 transportation roadway and the previous surrounding rock control experience,it was proposed to optimize the support by adopting the active support of full roof cable+passive support of steel scaffolding+grouting and shotcrete,carrying out the shotcrete on the roof and both sides at the same time,and optimizing the supporting parameters of both sides.After engineering application,the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in 6303 transportation roadway can be solved well,and the roof and two sides remained stable with the convergence of roof and floor and the convergence of two sides controlled within 152 mm and 94 mm respectively,meaning that the surrounding rock control effect was remarkable.The research results can provide experience for surrounding rock support work of similar soft rock roadways in other mines.
