摘要
【目的】通过研究制定可行的耐压试验方案,在保证郑州机场二期(T2航站楼、GTC、信息中心、飞行区等)正常运行的前提下,确保三期扩建工程北货运区及飞行区配套工程按时完工。【方法】郑州机场110 kV航空变电站GIS同频同相耐压试验全程可分为三个阶段:第一阶段由试验单位采用常规串联谐振耐压方式对3#主变间隔出线侧的隔离开关断口进行交流耐压试验;第二阶段由试验单位采用常规串联谐振耐压方式对3#主变间隔断路器的断口进行交流耐压试验;第三阶由试验单位采用同频同相耐压方式对扩建的3#主变间隔(母刀下端头至电缆仓)A、B、C三相进行整体对地和相间的交流耐压试验。【结果】本次同频同相耐压试验已按既定方案开展并顺利完成,开创了全国民航系统和河南电力系统同类耐压试验的“双首例”,为今后同等级高压设备的扩建或检修开展不停电试验积累了宝贵经验。【结论】本次同频同相耐压试验所采用的试验方案,有效避免了常规停电耐压试验带来的操作复杂、断电损失等不利影响,能够在GIS高压设备双母线带电工况下完成既定的试验目标。
[Purposes]By studying and formulating a feasible withstand voltage test scheme,and on the premise of the normal operation of Zhengzhou Airport PhaseⅡ(T2 Terminal,GTC,Information Center,Flight Area,etc.),this paper aims to ensure the timely completion of the North Cargo Area and Flight Area Supporting Works of PhaseⅢExpansion Project.[Methods]The entire process of the same fre⁃quency and same phase withstand voltage test plan for the 110 kV aviation substation GIS of Zhengzhou Airport can be divided into three stages:the first stage is to conduct AC withstand voltage test on the break of the isolation switch on the outgoing side of the 3#main transformer bay using the conventional series resonance withstand voltage method by the testing unit;in the second stage,the testing unit will conduct an AC withstand voltage test on the break of the 3#main transformer bay circuit breaker using the conventional series resonance withstand voltage method;in the third stage,the testing unit will con⁃duct an overall phase to ground and phase to phase AC withstand voltage test on the A,B,and C phases of the expanded 3#main transformer bay(from the lower end of the busbar to the cable compartment)us⁃ing the same frequency and phase to phase withstand voltage method.[Findings]The same frequency and same phase withstand voltage test has been carried out and successfully completed according to the established plan,creating the"double first case"of similar withstand voltage tests in the national civil aviation system and Henan power system,accumulating valuable experience for conducting non power outage tests after expansion or maintenance of high-voltage equipment of the same level.[Conclusions]Practice has shown that the test plan adopted in this same frequency and same phase withstand voltage test effectively avoids the adverse effects of conventional power outage withstand voltage test,such as complex operation and power outage losses,and can achieve the established test objectives under the live working condition of double busbars of GIS high-voltage equipment.
