摘要
随着油田的可持续发展,常规游梁式抽油机的节能效果提升难度加大,后期挖潜空间逐渐缩小,新型举升设备推广应用是油田发展的趋势所在,围绕着X油田新型举升示范区建设,阐述了如何开展示范区的整体构建,达到管理提升、降本增效的目标;同时针对新型管理模式的构建与实施,实现了四个转变,即举升方式的转变,管理模式的转变,数据采集的转变及智能控制的转变,最终形成了可复制、可推广的智能化机采提效管理模式,为今后智能化油田发展提供参考模板。
With the sustainable development of oilfields,the promotion and application of new lifting equipment is the trend of oilfield development because of the difficulty in improving the energy conservation effect of conventional beam pumping units and the shrinking space for potential exploration in the later stage.By focusing on the construction of new lifting demonstration zone in X oilfield,how to carry out the overall construction of the demonstration zone to achieve the goals of management im-provement,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.At the same time,the four transformations including lifting methods,management models,data collection,and intelligent control have been achieved in the construction and implementation of new management model.In the end,the management model of intelligent mechanical production efficiency that is replicable and scalable is formed,which will provide a reference template for the development of intelligent oilfield in the future.
