摘要 文章探讨了智能化技术在煤化工仪表自控中的应用及效果。分析表明,智能化技术显著提高了煤化工仪表自控率,优化了生产过程的控制精度和稳定性,带来显著经济效益。尽管面临技术挑战和成本控制等问题,但通过加大智能化技术投入、强化系统集成等手段有望进一步提升仪表自控率。未来研究应关注智能化技术在煤化工仪表自控中的最佳应用模式和策略,推动行业创新与发展。 The article explores the application and effectiveness of intelligent technology in the self-control of instrument for coal chemical industry.The analysis reveals that intelligent technology has significantly improved the self-control rate of coal chemical instrument,optimizing the control precision and stability of production processes,leading to notable economic benefits.Despite technical challenges and cost control issues,it is expected that further improvements in instrument self-control rate can be achieved through increased investment in intelligent technology,strengthened system integration and other means.Future research should focus on the optimal application models and strategies for intelligent technology in the self-control of coal chemical instrument,driving industry innovation and development.
