摘要
页岩水化抑制剂能够有效抑制泥页岩的水化膨胀和分散等,是当前钻井液技术领域的研究重点。与油基钻井液相比,水基钻井液因其具有低成本、对环境友好等优点,被油田广泛使用。但当其与泥页岩接触时,泥页岩中的黏土矿物会发生强烈的水化作用,造成井壁失稳等问题。在水基钻井液中加入页岩水化抑制剂,是目前国内外解决该问题的主要措施。系统介绍了无机盐类、有机盐类、聚合醇类、有机胺类、超支化聚合物类、纳米材料类页岩水化抑制剂的性质及抑制水化作用机理。在此基础上,结合目前钻井液技术的瓶颈问题,提出了页岩水化抑制剂的发展趋势。
Shale hydration inhibitors can effectively inhibit the hydration expansion and dispersion of mud shale,which is the focus of research in the current field of drilling fluid technology.Compared with oil-based drilling fluid,water-based drilling fluid is widely used in oil fields because of its low cost and environmental-friendly advantages.However,when it comes into contact with mud shale,the clay minerals in the mud shale will undergo strong hydration,causing problems such as wellbore instability.Adding shale hydration inhibitors to water-based drilling fluid is the main measure to solve this problem at home and abroad.In this paper,the properties of inorganic salts,organic salts,polymer alcohols,organoamines,hyperbranched polymers,nanomaterial shale hydration inhibitors were systematically introduced as well as the inhibition mechanism of hydration.On this basis,combined with the bottleneck problem of the current drilling fluid technology,the development trend of shale hydration inhibitors was proposed.
