摘要
数字经济时代,充分发挥数字技术优势,赋能传统制造业供应链,能够打破传统制造业固有格局,为其供应链注入新血液,促进传统制造业提质降本增效,催生新业态、新发展模式与竞争优势,实现供需双方的有效衔接,促进国民经济高质量发展。但是,传统制造业数字化升级存在一定滞后性,创新动力与能力不足,信息孤岛与数字鸿沟明显,且欠缺相应的数据安全与监督管理体制。为有效提升传统制造业供应链韧性,制造业需要进一步加强数字基础与配套设施建设,以产学研深度融合为制造业供应链创新发展提供支撑,构建专属于制造业的数据集成与数据共享渠道,建立健全数据安全与监管体系,推进传统制造业供应链现代化水平不断提升。
In the era of digital economy,giving full play to the advantages of digital technology and empowering the supply chain of traditional manufacturing can break the inherent process of traditional manufacturing industry,inject new blood into its supply chain,promote the quality of traditional manufacturing industry,reduce costs and increase efficiency,give birth to new formats,new development models and competitive advantages,realize the effective connection between supply and demand,and promote the high-quality development of the national economy.However,in the process of digital economy empowerment,it is found that there is a certain lag in the digital upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry,insufficient innovation power and ability,obvious information islands and digital divides,and a lack of corresponding data security and supervision and management systems.In order to effectively improve the resilience of the traditional manufacturing supply chain,the manufacturing industry needs to further strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and supporting facilities,provide support for the innovation and development of the manufacturing supply chain with the deep integration of industry,education and research,build data integration and data sharing channels exclusive to the manufacturing industry,establish and improve the data security and supervision system,and promote the continuous improvement of the modernization level of the traditional manufacturing supply chain.
