摘要
分析摩擦副伺服作动器和静压支撑伺服作动器的密封与导向结构原理,表明静压支撑伺服作动器可实现近乎无摩擦的相对运动。通过频响能力、最大速度、加速度失真度试验数据对比,证明摩擦阻力会对伺服作动器的响应性能产生不良影响。
The principles of sealing and guiding structure of friction pair servo actuator and hydrostatic bearing servo actuator are analyzed in the paper,which shows that the hydrostatic bearing servo actuator can realize almost frictionless relative motion.Through the test data comparison of frequency response ability,maximum velocity and acceleration distortion,it is proved that the friction resistance will have an adverse influence on the response performance of servo actuator.
