摘要
为有效防控烟草赤星病,筛选生物菌剂与化学药剂协同抑制烟草赤星病菌的适宜复配比例,本研究采用菌丝生长速率法测定了40%菌核净与解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)Cas02对烟草赤星病菌(Alternaria alternata)的生物活性,通过绘制生长曲线测定两者之间的相容性,并测定不同复配比例对烟草赤星病菌的联合毒力以及盆栽防效。结果表明40%菌核净与解淀粉芽孢杆菌Cas02单剂对烟草赤星病菌均有较高的毒力,EC_(50)值分别为4.86μg/mL和4.6×10^(7)cfu/mL。相容性试验表明Cas02对40%菌核净不敏感,两者可联合使用。其中V_(40%菌核净)∶V_(Cas02)=7∶3时对烟草赤星病菌的抑制增效作用最好,增效比率为1.32,实际抑菌率达到67.61%。盆栽试验结果表明,V_(40%菌核净)∶V_(Cas02)=7∶3时对赤星病的防效最好,防效达到74.12%,高于单剂处理。因此,在生产中建议将4.86μg/mL 40%菌核净和4.6×10^(7)cfu/mL解淀粉芽孢杆菌以7∶3比例混匀复配应用于烟草赤星病防治。
In order to effectively control tobacco brown spot disease,this study aimed to screen an optimal ratio of biological and chemical agents for synergistic inhibition of tobacco brown spot disease pathogen(Alternaria alternata).Using mycelial growth rate method,the bioactivity of 40% dimetachlone and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Cas02 against A.alternata was determined.The compatibility between the two agents was assessed by plotting growth curves,and the joint toxicity and potted control efficacy of different combination ratios of the two agents were evaluated.The results indicated that both 40% dimetachlone and B.amyloliquefaciens Cas02 had high toxicity against A.alternata,with EC_(50) values of 4.86 μg/mL and 4.6×10^(7) cfu/mL,respectively.Compatibility test showed that Cas02 was not sensitive to sclerotium resistance,allowing for their combined use.The best synergistic effect on tobacco brown spot disease was observed with the combination ratio(V/V) of 40% dimetachlone and B.amyloliquefaciens was 7∶3,resulting in an enhancement ratio of 1.32 and an actual inhibition rate of 67.61%.Potted experiments demonstrated that the 7∶3 volume ratio combination of 40% dimetachlone and B.amyloliquefaciens had the best control efficacy against tobacco brown spot disease,achieving 74.12%,which was higher than that of the single-agent treatments.Therefore,it is recommended to mix 4.86 μg/mL of 40% dimetachlone and 4.6 × 10^(7) cfu/mL of B.amyloliquefaciens Cas02 at a ratio of 7∶3 for the control of tobacco brown spot disease in field.
