摘要 本文从消费者、生产经营者和监管部门等不同角度阐述食品标签的作用,并对运动营养食品标签存在的食品名称标示不规范、配料表及配料的定量标示不规范、能量及营养成分标示不规范、食用量和适宜人群标示不规范、不符合标签的基本要求等典型问题进行分析,提出相关的完善对策,以期助力运动营养食品市场发展,进一步规范运动营养食品市场。 This paper expounds the role of food labeling from different perspectives such as consumers,producers,operators and regulatory authorities,and analyzes the typical problems of non-standard food name labeling,non-standard quantitative labeling of ingredient list and ingredients,non-standard labeling of energy and nutrients,non-standard labeling of consumption amount and suitable population,and non-compliance with the basic requirements of labeling,and puts forward relevant improvement countermeasures,in order to help the development of sports nutrition food market and further standardize the sports nutrition food market.
