甘蔗糖分提取工艺优化及品质提升策略

摘要 糖分提取是制糖过程的重要环节之一,对糖的品质、产量具有决定性影响。近年来,我国甘蔗糖分提取工艺水平明显提升,但与发达国家仍存在一定的差距。为进一步优化甘蔗糖分的提取工艺,在控制生产成本的同时促进糖品质的提高,本文简要分析了现阶段甘蔗糖分提取工艺存在的问题,并详细论述了工艺优化及品质提升策略,以供参考。 Sugar extraction is one of the important steps in the sugar making process,which has a decisive impact on the quality and yield of sugar.In recent years,the sugar extraction technology level of sugarcane in China has improved significantly,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries.In order to further optimize the sugarcane sugar extraction process,control the production cost and promote the improvement of sugar quality,this paper briefly analyzed the existing problems in the sugarcane sugar extraction process at the present stage,and discussed the process optimization and quality improvement strategies in detail for reference.
