平板静载试验实测值极差较大原因分析及处理方案

摘要 我国建筑工程的日益繁杂,对建筑基础的稳定性也越来越高。随着深基坑支护技术的发展,基础埋深越来越深,设计将厚度大、承载力高、分布均匀的天然地基直接作为持力层,用平板静载试验来确定地基土承载力的特征值,但有时对天然地层局部软弱夹层未能及时发现,因此在平板静载试验时出现个别试验点不合格,需二次开挖处理。该文结合张家川回族自治县某工程实例,分析平板静载试验点不合格原因(如检测设备出现故障,现场存在软弱下卧层),提出局部不均匀地基处理措施(如地基土换填,挤密桩加强),总结勘察、钎探、平板静载试验过程判断软弱下卧层的方法与经验。 With the increasing complexity of construction projects in our country,the stability of the foundation is getting higher and higher.With the development of deep foundation pit support technology,the foundation is buried deeper and deeper.The natural foundation with large thickness,high bearing capacity,and evenly distributed is designed directly as the bearing layer.The characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the foundation soil is determined by flat plate static load test.However,sometimes local weak interlayers in the natural formation are not discovered in time,and some test points fail during the flat plate static load test,requiring secondary excavation treatment.Based on an example of a project in Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County,this paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the flat plate static load test points(failure of the testing equipment;weak underlying layers exist on site),proposes local uneven foundation treatment measures(replacement of foundation soil;strengthening of compacted piles),and summarizes the methods and experience in judging the weak underlying layers during survey,drill exploration,and flat plate static load test.
