摘要
随着国家食品安全监管力度的不断增大,人们对食品检测质量提出了更高的要求。如何保证食品检验质量,为食品安全监管工作提供更有力的支持,是现阶段食品检测机构和技术人员重点思考的问题。鉴于此,本文分析食品检验过程中影响质量控制的主要因素,提出食品检验过程中的质量控制策略,以供相关人员参考和借鉴。
With the increasing of national food safety supervision,people put forward higher requirements for the quality of food testing.How to ensure the quality of food inspection and provide more powerful support for food safety supervision is the focus of food testing institutions and technical personnel at this stage.In view of this,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the quality control in the process of food inspection,and puts forward the quality control strategy in the process of food inspection for reference and reference.
