斜拉索下锚头干空气除湿布置优化研究

摘要 斜拉索是斜拉桥重要的承重构件,而桥梁运营中产生的疲劳-腐蚀耦合损伤会显著缩短斜拉索的使用寿命。为延长构件寿命,斜拉索构造中包含了多道防水构造措施,但难以杜绝建设期或运营期冷凝水在重力作用下集聚在下锚头区域引发的材料腐蚀问题,因此对斜拉索下锚头进行干空气主动除湿的技术构想应运而生。本研究针对斜拉索下锚头干空气除湿方案中锚具内空气流场开展计算流体动力学分析,分析了输气与排气管路布置和输气压强对锚具内不同区域有效流量的影响,比选优化提出“边缘输气-中心排气”的斜拉索下锚头干空气除湿方案。 The stay cables are important load-bearing component of a cable-stayed bridge.The coupling effect of fatigue and corrosion generated during bridge operation can significantly shorten the service life of the stay cable.Although multiple waterproofing measures are applied on stay cable and anchorage to extend the service life of them,it is hard to completely prevent corrosion issue caused by the accumulation of condensed water in lower anchorage area during the construction or operation period.Therefore,the technical concept of air-drying dehumidification for the stay cable anchorage area is proposed.This research conducts computational fluid dynamics analysis on the airflow field inside the anchorage of stay cable to analyze the influence of inlet&outlet layout plan and air supply pressure on the effective flow rate in different areas inside the anchorage.An optimized"side-inlet&central outlet scheme"is proposed.
