一种可重涂浅色导电粉末涂料的研制

摘要 将聚酯树脂、固化剂、流平剂、安息香、纳米碳管、钛白粉和硫酸钡经过预混、熔融挤出、粉碎、过筛,制得一种可重涂的浅色导电粉末涂料。其解决了常规导电粉末涂料不能重涂和颜色受限的问题。当出现涂装表面缺陷时,可以直接返喷修补,无需涂层脱漆,可达到装饰性的效果。该可重涂浅色导电粉末涂料可应用于石油、化工、建材、电子等领域的导电、防静电和防腐工程,且具有制备方法简单、易于施工、环保等优点。 Through premixing,melting extrusion,grinding and sifting,a light-colored conductive powder coatings that can be recoated was prepared with polyester resin,curing agent,leveling agent,benzoin,carbon nanotube,titanium dioxide and barium sulfate.It solves the problem that the conventional conductive powder coatings cannot be repainted and the color is limited.When there are defects on the coating surface,it can be repaired directly by back spraying without the need for coating stripping,which can achieve decorative effects.The light-colored conductive powder coatings that can be recoated could be applied in conductive,anti-static and anti-corrosion engineering in petroleum,chemical,building materials,electronics and other fields.It has the advantages of simple preparation method,easy construction and environmental protection.
