高职“双创型”教师职业能力分析及提升路径研究

摘要 在“万众创业”“大众创新”的战略背景下,积极推进创新创业教育,有利于缓解大学生日趋严峻的就业问题;转变职业教育生态及改革方向,拓宽学生培育维度,提高职业教育的水平。双创教师是创新创业教育得以开展的关键依托,是双创人才培育的重要保障。然而从双创教育培育机制出发,我国高职院校还存在多方面的不足,难以契合社会经济发展对双创教育的要求。为此,我们应分析双创型教师的职业能力及能力提升问题,探究出一套科学合理的教师能力培养路径,以期提高高职院校开展双创教育的质量,增强创新创业型人才培育的实效性。 Under the strategic background of"mass entrepreneurship"and"mass innovation",actively promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education is conducive to alleviating the increasingly severe employment problems of college students;transforming the ecology of vocational education and the direction of reform,broadening the dimensions of cultivating students,and improving the level of vocational education.Innovation and entrepreneurship teachers are the key support for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and an important guarantee for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.However,starting from the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurship and innovation education,there are still many shortcomings in China's vocational colleges,which are difficult to meet the requirements of social and economic development for entrepreneurship and innovation education.To this end,we should analyze the professional abilities of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers and explore a scientific and reasonable path for cultivating their abilities,in order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges and enhance the effectiveness of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
