女性压力性尿失禁的非手术治疗方法临床应用进展

摘要 压力性尿失禁(SUI)是一种常见的女性盆底功能障碍,涉及神经源性、肌源性和结缔组织源性等多种发病机制。目前,SUI的非手术治疗包括行为治疗、盆底肌训练、子宫托、电刺激、功能性磁刺激、点阵CO_(2)激光治疗和干细胞治疗等。这些治疗方法各有特点,行为治疗、盆底肌训练和子宫托简便易行,但要求患者高依从性;电刺激、功能性磁刺激治疗和点阵CO_(2)激光治疗依赖于仪器设备,但见效快,疗效较为安全;干细胞治疗等新兴微创疗法因其有效性和减少患者痛苦的特点,正受到越来越多的关注。非手术治疗伴随着更少的并发症和更低的风险,是治疗SUI的首选,能够为患者提供更舒适和有效的治疗体验。
