建筑绿色化发展与资源环境承载力的综合评价研究——以京津冀、长三角、珠三角地区为例

摘要 为了界定建筑绿色化发展与资源环境承载情况,为建筑和环境的发展提供参考,提出建筑绿色化发展与资源环境承载力综合评价方法。考虑建筑绿色化发展与资源环境承载力的影响因素,收集建筑和资源的发展数据,从建筑绿色化发展和资源环境承载力两个方面构建综合评价指标体系,结合评价指标权重的计算结果,实现对建筑绿色化发展与资源环境承载力的综合评价。以京津冀、长三角、珠三角地区为研究对象,得出建筑绿色化发展和资源环境承载力的评分结果,通过与真实值的对比,证明优化设计评价方法具有更高的评价精度。 This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method of green development of buildings and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in order to define the green development of buildings and the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and provide reference for the development of buildings and environment.Considering the influencing factors of building green development and resources and environmental carrying capacity,it collects the development data of buildings and resources to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system from two aspects of building green development and resources and environmental carrying capacity.The comprehensive evaluation of building green development and resources and environmental carrying capacity is calculated by combining the calculation results of evaluation index weights.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions as the research objects,the scoring results of building green development and resource and environmental carrying capacity are obtained.By comparing with the real values,the results show that the evaluation method of optimal design has higher evaluation accuracy.
