摘要
为评价明色沥青路面的路用性能,选择不同掺量有机硅-聚丙酸酯(SMP)对明色沥青进行改性,并进行常规物理性能和布氏黏度实验。通过车辙实验、低温弯曲实验、浸水马歇尔实验和冻融劈裂实验对不同级配沥青混合料进行路用性能分析。结果表明,SMP改性剂可以提高改性明色沥青黏度,随着SMP掺量增加,改性明色沥青的高温能力增强。另外,在AC(SK70)、AC(SBS)、CSMA、COGFC 4种级配类型的沥青混合料中,COGFC明色沥青混合料抗车辙能力最优,且SMP改性剂对于明色沥青混合料低温性能有一定的提升,但SMP改性剂对明色沥青混合料水稳定性会产生不良影响。
In order to explore the performance of bright color asphalt pavement,different amounts of silicone-polypropionate(SMP)were selected to modify the bright color asphalt,and carries out three indexes and Brookfield viscosity test.The performance of different graded asphalt mixture is analyzed by rutting test wheel tracking test,low temperature beam bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The results show that SMP modifier can improve the viscosity of the modified bright colored asphalt with the increase of the SMP content.In addition in AC(SK70),AC(SBS),CSMA,COGFC four graded types of asphalt mixture,COGFC bright color asphalt mixture has the best rut resistance,and SMP modifier has a certain improvement on the low temperature performance of colored asphalt mixture,but SMP modifier will have adverse effects on the water stability of colored asphalt mixture.
