浙江舟山獐种群遗传多样性分析——以舟山林场为例

摘要 舟山为獐主要分布地区,多年来致力于獐种群保护工作。为掌握舟山林场獐种群的遗传多样性现状,为獐种群的健康状况提供依据,实验依据微卫星分子标记技术对其进行种群遗传多样性评估。结果表明:8个高多态性的微卫星位点中出现了2个纯和的位点;其余6个位点观测杂合度与期望杂合度分别在0.966~1.000和0.613~0.871,多态信息含量在0.530~0.848,平均近交系数在0.17~0.45。该獐种群的遗传多样性还处于较高水平,但出现了2个纯合子位点开始影响种质资源和种群稳定性,建议舟山林场引进新种群个体促进基因交流,维持种群遗传多样性。 Zhoushan is the main distribution area of Hydropotes inermis.It has been devoted to the conservation of Hydropotes inermis.population for many years.In order to understand the genetic diversity status of Hydropotes inermis.in Zhoushan Forest Farm and provide the basis for the health status of Hydropotes inermis.population,the genetic diversity of Hydropotes inermis.population was evaluated based on microsatellite molecular marker technology.Our findings revealed that out of 8 highly polymorphic microsatellite loci examined.2 were found to be homozygous loci.The observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity at the remaining 6 sites ranged from 0.966 to 1.000 and from 0.613 to 0.871,respectively;while polymorphism information content varied between 0.530 and 0.848,with an average inbreeding coefficient ranging from 0.17 to 0.45.The overall genetic diversity of this species remains relatively high;however,it is worth noting that two homozygous loci have emerged which may impact germplasm resources and population stability over time.Therefore,it is recommended that new individuals from different species be introduced into Zhoushan Forest Farm in order to facilitate gene exchange and maintain population genetic diversity.
