摘要
目的 探讨人性化护理在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取济南市市中区人民医院2022年10月至2023年9月收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法分为两组。参照组(50例)采用常规护理干预,研究组(50例)采用人性化护理。比较两组护理依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 研究组护理总依从率较参照组高(P <0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于护理前,且研究组评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果较好,可提升患者的护理依从性、生活质量及护理满意度,改善预后。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Shizhong District People’s Hospital of Jinan City from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method.The reference group(50 cases)received general routine nursing intervention,the study group(50 cases)received humanized nursing.The nursing compliance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of generic quality of life inventory 74 in both groups was higher than that before nursing,the score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is good,which can improve their nursing compliance,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and prognosis.
