地铁车辆自动轮径校准功能实际应用问题与优化策略研究

摘要 北京地铁11号线试运行阶段出现自动轮径校准功能设计触发逻辑与运营线路条件不匹配,无法正常触发自动轮径校准功能,且牵引控制单元(DCU)轮径输入值校准逻辑存在缺陷,在DCU与网络通信延迟丢包情况下,除2号车外,其余动车均丢失轮径输入值,引起2号车以外的动车转向架牵引力封锁故障。针对上述故障,文章分析了故障数据,提出了优化自动轮径校准功能,放宽校准条件,同时修改DCU轮径输入值校准与锁存逻辑的方案来解决相关问题,最后通过试验证明了优化方案可行。通过分析故障原因、提出解决方案、进行方案验证,确定了地铁车辆轮径校准功能与轮径校准条件的一种可行的设计方案,确保了自动轮径校准功能正常使用,在轮轨式地铁车辆日常运行轮径值不断变化的过程中,能够及时自动更新DCU轮径输入值。 During the trial operation of Beijing Metro Line 11,it turned out that the design trigger logic of the automatic wheel diameter correction function didn’t match the conditions of the operation line,so it couldn’t normally trigger the automatic wheel diameter correction function;in addition,the wheel diameter input value correction logic of the drive control unit(DCU)contains some faults,so in case of delay and packet loss of communication between DCU and network,except for No.2 car,all other motor cars have lost the wheel diameter input value,causing the failure of traction force locking of the motor car bogie except for No.2 car.To handle the above-mentioned failure,the article analyzes the failure data,proposes a solution by optimizing the automatic wheel diameter correction function,liberalizing the conditions of correction,modifying the correction wheel diameter input value of DCU and latching the value to solve the relevant problem,and finally proves the feasibility of the optimization solution by testing.Based on the cause analysis of the failure,the proposition and verification of the solution,the article determines a feasible design solution concerning the wheel diameter correction function and the conditions of wheel diameter correction for metro cars so that the normal utilization of the automatic wheel diameter correction function can be ensured and the wheel diameter input value of DCU can be updated automatically in time when the wheel diameter value continuously changes during the daily operation of wheel-rail type metro cars.
