基于改进AETG算法的车载ECU测试方法研究

摘要 对两两组合测试方法进行研究,提出了一种基于改进AETG算法的车载ECU测试方案。通过处理相邻参数和边界条件,优化了组合测试的设计和执行过程。深入研究AETG算法,通过优化参数选择策略提出了算法改进方案,提升了生成测试用例的精简度。最后,通过设计相应的测试平台实验验证了提出方法的有效性。相较于传统测试方案,该研究在测试效率上提高了15倍以上,为未来车载ECU测试提供了更高效的解决方案,对推动汽车电子系统的可靠性和性能提升具有重要意义。 A pairwise combination testing method was studied,and a vehicle ECU testing scheme based on an improved AETG algorithm was proposed.By handling adjacent parameters and boundary conditions,the design and execution process of composite testing were optimized.Conducted in-depth research on the AETG algorithm and proposed an algorithm improvement plan by optimizing the parameter selection strategy,which improved the simplification of generating test cases.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through experimental design of a corresponding testing platform.Compared to traditional testing methods,this study has improved testing efficiency by more than 15 times,providing a more efficient solution for future in vehicle ECU testing,which is of great significance for promoting the reliability and performance improvement of automotive electronic systems.
