摘要
矿井煤层发生冲击失稳易诱发矿压灾害,且工作面间煤柱破碎形成漏风通道,采空区自燃危险性增强。以孟村煤矿401103深埋冲击倾向性超长工作面为工程背景,通过分析工作面开采时漏风及煤自燃诱因,测定工作面及相邻采空区的漏风规律并数值模拟验证煤自燃危险区域,从而制定漏风控制及煤自燃防控措施。结果表明:401103工作面受冲击矿压影响较大,漏风供氧增加了采空区遗煤自燃的风险;漏风观测数据表明面间煤柱存在漏风通道,使得两工作面采空区形成了复合漏风采空区;在401103工作面推进过程中,煤自燃危险区域主要集中于工作面后部采空区,工作面进风隅角与其临近的401102采空区产生明显的漏风涡流区。采用束管监测、漏风封堵、材料阻化与调节风量等综合防控措施,有效控制了工作面及相邻采空区的遗煤自燃,保证了工作面的安全开采。
The impact instability of coal seam in mine is easy to induce mine pressure disaster,and the coal pillar between working faces is broken to form air leakage channel,and the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf is enhanced.Taking the 401103 deep-buried impact-prone super-long working face of Mengcun coal mine as the engineering background,analyzing the causes of coal spontaneous combustion air leakage and working face mining,determining the air leakage law of working face and adjacent goaf.And verify the dangerous area of coal spontaneous combustion by numerical simulation,so as to formulate air leakage control and coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control measures.The results show that 401103 working face is greatly affected by rock burst,and air leakage and oxygen supply increase the risk of residual coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.The air leakage observation data shows that there is an air leakage channel between the coal pillars,which makes two working faces goaf form a composite air leakage goaf.In the process of advancing the 401103 working face,the dangerous area of coal spontaneous combustion is mainly concentrated in the goaf at the back of the working face,and the air inlet corner of the working face and its adjacent 401102 goaf produce obvious air leakage vortex area.The comprehensive prevention and control measures such as bundle tube monitoring,air leakage plugging,material inhibition and air volume adjustment are adopted to effectively control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the working face and adjacent goaf,and ensure the safe mining of the working face.
