碱熔-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中全硼

摘要 硼是植物必需元素,在土壤中广泛存在。土壤中的硼含量直接影响农作物的生长及产量,因而对土壤中的全硼含量进行检测尤为重要。为了建立利用碱熔-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中全硼的方法,通过前处理条件选择、仪器测试条件选择和干扰的消除,对碱熔-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行优化;并通过对土壤成分分析标准物质和实际土样中的全硼含量进行测定以及对实际土样进行加标回收,分析了方法的精密度和准确度。结果表明,方法检出限为3 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.8%~7.1%,加标回收率分别为93.4%、105.0%。该方法精密度高,准确性强,检测效率高,适合广泛推广使用。 Boron is an essential element for plants and exists widely in soil.The boron content in soil directly affects the growth and yield of crops,so it is particularly important to detect the total boron content in soil.In order to establish a method for the determination of total boron in soil by alkaline fusion and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry,the method was optimized by selecting pre-treatment conditions,instrument testing conditions and interference elimination,and the precision and accuracy of the method were analyzed by measuring the total boron content in soil composition analysis standard materials and actual soil samples,as well as determining the recovery rate in actual soil samples.The results showed that the detection limit of soil total boron in the method was 3 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 2.8%-7.1%,and the recovery rates were 93.4%and 105.0%,respectively.This method has high precision,high accuracy and high detection efficiency,which is suitable for widespread application.
