考虑需求侧响应能力的主动配电网储能优质规划研究

摘要 常规的主动配电网储能规划,忽略了供电需求对储能规划有效性造成的影响,导致规划结果前景值较低。因此,提出考虑需求侧响应能力的主动配电网储能规划方法。根据主动配电网储能系统材料的基本特性分析其荷电状态,基于市场维度和价格维度2个方面分析主动配电网的需求侧响应能力,计算储能规划区间,并结合需求侧响应能力以及材料损耗特性得出动态规划结果。实验结果表明,所提方法应用后得出的主动配电网储能规划结果,表现出的前景值在4个维度上均比较高,规划结果较为优质,满足了主动配电网储能规划的现实需求。 The conventional active distribution network energy storage planning mainly uses the stable state of the active distribution network to plan its energy storage capacity,ignoring the impact of power supply demand on the effectiveness of energy storage planning,resulting in low prospects for planning results.Therefore,an active distribution network energy storage planning method considering demand side response capability was proposed.According to the basic characteristics of the materials of the energy storage system of the active distribution network,the state of charge was analyzed,the demand-side response ability of the active distribution network was analyzed based on the market dimension and the price dimension,the energy storage planning interval was calculated,and the dynamic programming results were obtained by combining the demand-side response ability and material loss characteristics.The experimental results showed that the application of the proposed method results in high prospect values of the energy storage planning results of the active distribution network obtained after the application of the proposed method were relatively high in the four dimensions,and the planning results were relatively high-quality,which meets the practical needs of the energy storage planning of the active distribution network.
