摘要
绿色转型升级是中国企业高质量发展的必由之路,亟需将环境、社会、治理(ESG)融入企业的业务实践。为探索ESG在企业绿色供应链管理实践中的应用场景,基于社会网络视角,利用2009—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司的供应链网络关系数据,就供应链网络绿色溢出效应的存在性和影响机理开展实证研究。研究表明,供应链网络绿色度对目标企业的绿色创新具有积极影响。其中,企业学习吸收能力发挥了中介作用,企业地理邻近,共同股东、兼任董事形成的治理联结发挥了正向调节作用。绿色溢出效应在企业缺乏网络位置优势、融资约束程度较低和经济政策不确定性较低时更显著。文章提供了ESG在供应链网络中绿色溢出效应的微观证据,为企业绿色转型发展提供了有益参考。
Green transformation and upgrading is imperative for the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises,while the integration of environmental,social,and governance(ESG)factors into their business practices is urgently required.With the objective of exploring the application scenarios of ESG in green supply chain management practices,this paper,based on the social network perspective,takes the supply chain network relationship data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2009 to 2021 as the research samples,and carries out an empirical study on the existence of green spillover effect of supply chain network and the influence mechanism.The study indicates that the greenness of the supply chain network has a positive impact on the green innovation of target firms,in which the learning and absorptive capacity play a mediating role.And the geographical proximity of firms,and the governance link formed by the common shareholders and concurrent directors play a positive moderating role.Green spillovers are more significant when firms lack network location advantages,have lower levels of financing constraints,and face less economic policy uncertainty.This paper provides microscopic evidence of the green spillover effect of ESG in corporate supply chain networks,offering valuable insights for the development of green transformation of firms.
