含硅高比能量锂离子电池循环后氧化亚硅颗粒失效分析

摘要 为实现锂离子电池比能量提升,使用硅基材料提升负极的平均比容量是一种常用的方法。其中氧化亚硅由于循环性能优异,已经在动力电池中得到应用。然而氧化亚硅基负极颗粒在充放电过程中体积膨胀收缩率较大,会影响电池的循环寿命。探究硅颗粒在膨胀收缩过程中颗粒的粉化和SEI膜的过渡生长与预紧力的关系,有助于改善含硅高比能体系的循环寿命。通过研究不同应力条件下高比能量锂离子电池循环后硅负极颗粒的失效状态,分析氧化亚硅颗粒失效机理。 In order to achieve the specific energy increase of lithium ion batteries,the use of siliconbased materials to increase the capacity of the negative electrode is a common method for high specific energy lithium ion batteries.SiO_(x)has been used in power batteries because of its excellent cycling performance.However,in the process of charging and discharging,the volume expansion and contraction rate of the SiO_(x)particle is large,which often affects the cycle life of the battery.It is helpful to improve the cycle life of silicon-containing high specific energy system to investigate the relationship between particle pulverization and the transition growth of SEI film and the preloading force during the process of expansion and contraction of SiO_(x)particles.In this paper,the failure mechanism of SiO_(x)particles was analyzed by analyzing the failure state of silicon anode particles after high specific energy lithium ion battery cycling under different stress conditions.
