摘要
绿色可持续需要从城市定位、产业结构、空间布局等方面着手,奠定绿色发展基调,同时,在设计细节上体现绿色可持续发展理念,促进人与自然的和谐相处。文章研究了绿色可持续发展理念下的总部集聚区规划设计,在掌握项目背景的基础上,从空间意向、街道控制、公共空间、建筑规划、地下空间、生态环境与设施等方面着手,分析了总部集聚区规划设计中绿色可持续发展理念的具体应用,有利于提高城市核心规划设计水平,更好地引领周边区域健康可持续发展。
Green sustainability requires starting from urban positioning,industrial structure,spatial layout,and other aspects to establish the tone of green development.At the same time,the concept of green sustainable development should be reflected in design details to promote harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.The paper studies the planning and design of the headquarters agglomeration area under the concept of green and sustainable development.Based on mastering the project background,it analyzes the specific application of the green and sustainable development concept in the planning and design of the headquarters agglomeration area from the aspects of spatial intention,street control,public space,building planning,underground space,ecological environment and facilities,which is conducive to improving the level of urban core planning and design,and better leading the healthy and sustainable development of surrounding areas.
