摘要
磷酸铁锂电池的需求大、市场垄断而导致原材料价格日益高涨。以铁锈红和废锂箔为原材料,采用磷酸铁工艺制备了LiFePO_(4)/C粉末,并测试其电化学储锂性能。结果表明:LiFePO_(4)/C粉末由粒径尺寸为110~400nm的颗粒组成,在1.0C循环350圈后的可逆比容量和容量保持率分别为129.7mAh/g和98.0%,与商业LiFePO_(4)正极材料性能相当。可见,该结果降低了LiFePO 4的制备成本,有利于循环经济和可持续发展。
The high demand and market monopoly of lithium iron phosphate batteries lead to the increasing price of raw materials.Herein,in this work,LiFePO_(4)/C powder was prepared by iron phosphate process with the rusty red and spent Li foil as raw materials,and its electrochemical Li-storage performance was tested.The results showed that LiFePO_(4)/C powder was composed of particles with a size range of 110~400nm.After 350 cycles at 1.0C,the corresponding reversible specific capacity and capacity retention were 129.7mAh/g and 98.0%,respectively,which were comparable to those of commercial LiFePO_(4)cathode materials.Obviously,these results reduced the preparation cost of LiFePO_(4),which was beneficial for the circular economy and sustainable development.
