摘要
城市轨道交通站台四画面监控显示设备、解码设备、画面合成设备均安装在站台,一旦出现故障,维修时间紧张、小站台登高作业难度大。为此,需采用远程控制的方式快速处理站台故障或进行解码设备的冗余切换。对于现场既有设备的测试及研究,通过就地红外遥控方式或运营控制中心网管室局域网控制2种方法进行远程控制,实现主备解码器切换及画面合成模式切换。通过对2种控制方式的改造成本、实现难度、处理问题效率等方面进行对比分析,发现局域网远程控制方式的改造成本略高于红外遥控改造方式,但其取得的应用效果远优于红外遥控改造方式。借助既有的局域网络进行远程控制改造能更有效地提高故障解码器故障处理效率和解码器冗余方式切换的便捷性。
The four-screen monitoring and display equipment,decoding equipment,and image synthesis equipment for urban rail transit platforms are all installed on the platform.Once a malfunction occurs,maintenance time is tight and high-altitude operations on small platforms are difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to use remote control to quickly handle platform faults or perform redundant switching of decoding equipment.The testing and research of existing equipment on site can be remotely controlled through two methods:On-site infrared remote control or local area network control in the operation control center network management room,to achieve switching between primary and backup decoders and switching between image synthesis modes.By comparing and analyzing the transformation cost,implementation difficulty,and problem-solving efficiency of two control methods,it was found that the transformation cost of the local area network remote control method was slightly higher than that of the infrared remote control transformation method,but its application effect was far better than that of the infrared remote control transformation method.Using the existing local area network for remote control transformation can more effectively improve the fault handling efficiency of the fault decoder and the convenience of switching the redundancy mode of the decoder.
