摘要
智慧医疗服务体系通过科技手段解决了传统医疗体系的局限问题,提高了医疗服务的整体水平,是新型智慧城市不可或缺的一部分。从新型智慧城市医疗服务体系建设现状出发,对新型智慧城市医疗服务体系建设存在的问题进行剖析,并提出针对性的对策建议,即数据安全法规与技术防护、促进医技融合与人才培养、优化资源配置和健全法律框架,以期促进智慧医疗体系的全面发展。
The smart medical service system solves the limitations of the traditional medical system through scientific and technological means,improves the overall level of medical services,and is an indispensable part of the new smart city.Starting from the current situation of the construction of the new smart city medical service system,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the new smart city medical service system,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Smart medicine has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of medical services through technologies such as digital infrastructure,remote services and artificial intelligence.However,data security,barriers to technology integration,uneven distribution of medical resources and lagging laws and regulations pose major challenges.It is suggested to strengthen data security regulations,promote medical technology integration,optimize resource allocation and improve the legal framework,so as to promote the all-round development of smart medical system.
