摘要
从固有风险点、环境以及安全控制与设备设施缺陷方面对加氢站安全风险点分析方法进行了简要介绍,应用该方法对某加氢站安全风险点进行了辨识与分析,提出了相应防范措施:一是加强关键设备安全风险防控;二是加强操作人员安全风险防控;三是加强生产运行中的安全风险管控。
The analysis method of safety risk points for hydrogen refueling stations is briefly introduced from the aspects of inherent risk points,environment,safety control,and equipment and facility defects.The method is applied to identify and analyze the safety risk points of a certain hydrogen refueling station,and corresponding preventive measures are proposed,the first is to strengthen the safety risk prevention and control of key equipment;the second is to strengthen the prevention and control of safety risks for operators;and the third is to strengthen safety risk control in production and operation.
