摘要
随着科技的不断进步和全球能源短缺问题的日益严重,轻量化设计已经成为现代制造业和工程设计领域的重要发展方向。3D打印独特的制造方式可实现高度复杂结构的自由“生长”成型,实现基于轻量化的拓扑优化设计零件的制造。以轻量化为设计目标,对三角支架零件进行了拓扑优化设计与3D打印制造,并探讨了基于3D打印的轻量化途径。
With the continuous advancement of technology and the increasingly serious problem of global energy shortage,lightweight design has become an important development direction in modern manufacturing and engineering design.3D printing's unique manufacturing method can achieve the free"growth"and molding of highly complex structures,implementing the manufacturing of lightweight topological optimization design models.This article takes lightweight as the design goal,carries out topological optimization design and 3D printing manufacturing of the triangular bracket structure,and explores lightweight methods based on 3D printing.
