摘要
目的 对比两种口腔粘接材料在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年8月—2022年1月南京理工大学医院口腔科实施固定义齿(单冠)修复的50例患者的临床资料。按使用材料不同将患者划分成对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25)。对照组采用3M玻璃离子作为口腔粘接材料,研究组采用树脂粘接剂作为口腔粘接材料,对两组间手术后6个月牙龈指数、并发症发生率及咀嚼效率进行对比分析。结果 两组术后6个月的牙龈指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率均4.00%(1/25)与对照组的8.00%(2/25)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.355,P=0.092)。两组干预6个月后咀嚼功能得到提高,研究组咀嚼效率和咬合力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在实施口腔修复治疗期间,对患者运用玻璃离子或树脂粘结剂作为粘接材料都可以取得较好的效果,患者并发症发生率均较低,有助于提高患者咀嚼功能。
Objective To compare the application effects of two oral bonding materials in restorative dental treatment.Methods The clinical data of Fifty patients who underwent fixed denture(single crown) restorations in the Department of Stomatology of Nanjing University of Science and Technology Hospital from August 2020to January 2022 were retrospective selected.The patients were divided into the control group(n=25) and a study group(n=25) according to the different materials used.The control group was treated with 3M glass ionomer as oral bonding material and the study group was treated with resin bonding agent as oral bonding material.The gingival index,complication rate and high masticatory efficiency of the patients were compared and analyzed 6 months after surgery between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in gingival index between the two groups at 6 months after operation(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the study group 4.00%(1/25) and the control group 8.00%(2/25)(χ^(2)=2.355,P=0.092).The masticatory function of both groups was improved after 6 months of intervention,and the masticatory efficiency and occlusal force of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P <0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of oral repair treatment,the use of glass ionomer or resin bonding agent as a bonding material for patients can achieve better results,and the incidence of patient complications is low,and help to improve the masticatory function of patients.
