基于OBE理念的高校专业课程思政教学效果评价体系浅析

摘要 基于“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念构建的课程思政教学效果评价体系,包含高校、教师、学生等对课程思政教学效果的“自评”和短期评价,也包含了高校之外的主体对课程思政教学效果评价的“他评”和长期评价,可以全面且客观地评价专业课程思政教学效果。本文以复合材料与工程专业高分子化学课程课程思政教学与建设为例,介绍了该体系的实践效果,为其他高校的课程思政建设提供参考。 Based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE) of “student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”,an evaluation system of course ideological and political teaching effect is constructed.It includes the “self-evaluation” and short-term evaluation of the course ideological and political teaching effect by universities,teachers and students,and the “other evaluation” and long-term evaluation of the course ideological and political teaching effect evaluation by non-universities.It may evaluate the teaching effect of major course ideological and political education comprehensively and objectively.Taking the teaching and construction of course ideological and political teaching of polymer chemistry courses,composite materials and engineering major as an example,the practical results of the system is introduced in this paper,and provide reference for course ideological and political construction in other university.
