摘要
目的探究消化内科实施护士分层管理模式的效果。方法选取2022年1月—12月吉林市人民医院消化内科的48名在职护士并分为参比组(采取传统管理)和观察组(采取护士分层管理模式),每组24名。对比、分析两组护理质量、自我效能、工作状态、对管理的满意度。结果观察组护理质量各项评分、敬业行为评分、心理弹性评分、对管理的满意度相比参比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士工作倦怠评分相比参比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我效能评分为(33.52±2.62)分,相比参比组的(29.81±2.70)分更高(t=4.831,P<0.05)。结论在消化内科护理管理中采取护士分层管理模式相比常规管理模式更利于护理质量、护士自我效能提升,改善护士工作状态,强化护士工作积极性,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing a nurse hierarchical management model in the gastroenterology department.Methods Forty-eight in-service nurses in the Department of Gastroenterology of Jilin People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(using traditional management),and the observation group(using nurse hierarchical management model),with twenty-four nurses each.Compare and analyzed the nursing quality,self-efficacy,work status,and satisfaction with management between two groups.Results The nursing quality scores,professional behavior scores,psychological resilience scores,and satisfaction with management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job burnout scores of the two groups of nurses in the observation group was lower compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the observation group were 33.52±2.62,higher than 29.81±2.70 in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.831,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of gastroenterology,adopting a nurse hierarchical management model is more conducive to improving nursing quality and self-efficacy compared to conventional management models,improving the working status of nurses,strengthening their work enthusiasm,and has high application value and feasible reference.
