持续质量改进在普外科病房质量管理中的应用价值

摘要 目的分析持续质量改进在普外科病房质量管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月枣庄市峄城区峨山镇中心卫生院的20名护理人员为研究对象,以不同的管理方式分为普通组和质量组,各10名。普通组采取常规管理,质量组采取持续质量改进管理。比较两组管理质量评分(技能操作、手术配合、基础护理)、管理效果评分(消毒隔离、生命体征监测、护理工作)、管理方法评分(科学性、可行性、有效性)、管理满意度以及护理差错(没有核对完全患者信息、看错医嘱、漏服口服药)发生率。结果质量组各项管理质量评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。质量组各项管理效果评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。质量组各项管理方法评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。质量组管理满意度高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质量组护理差错发生率低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科病房质量管理中采取持续质量改进方法,有利于提高护理人员的管理质量,促进管理效果,优化管理方法,提升管理满意度。 Objective To analyze the application value of continuous quality improvement in quality management of general surgical wards.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,20 nurses in Yicheng District Eshan Town Central Health Center of Zaozhuang City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into general group and quality group according to different management methods,10 nurses in each group.The general group adopted routine management,and the quality group adopted continuous quality improvement management.The management quality scores(skill operation,surgical cooperation,basic nursing),management effect scores(disinfection and isolation,vital signs monitoring,nursing work),management method scores(science,feasibility,effectiveness),management satisfaction and nursing errors(no checking of complete patient information,wrong doctor's advice,missed oral medication)were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of the quality group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management effect scores of the quality group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management method scores of the quality group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the quality group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the quality group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting continuous quality improvement methods in the quality management of general surgery wards is conducive to improving the management quality of nursing staff,promoting management effectiveness,optimizing management methods,and improving management satisfaction.
