绿色环保型高刚性抗冲聚丙烯开发及性能研究

摘要 采用无塑化剂类球形催化剂HR,在30万吨/年环管聚丙烯装置上成功开发了绿色环保型高刚性抗冲聚丙烯。利用核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱、全自动二甲苯可溶物含量分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电镜等表征方法系统研究了该产品的微观结构及宏观性能,并与同类进口产品进行了对比分析。结果表明绿色环保型高刚性抗冲聚丙烯比进口产品稍高,但冲击强度、负荷变形温度略低于进口产品。通过研究分子链结构和凝聚态结构对高刚性抗冲聚丙烯性能的影响,为该系列产品的开发积累了经验。 The environment friendly impact polypropylene with high stiffness was successfully developed on the 300,000 tons/year loop polypropylene plant byusing HR catalyst.The microstructure and properties of the product and competitors were systematically studied by 13C NMR,GPC-IR,Crystex-QC,DSC,SEM andother characterization methods.The results show that the flexural modulus of product was similar to the imports,but the charpy impact strength and temperature ofdeflection under load were lower than the imports.The influence of molecular chain structure and condensed structure on the mechanical properties of impactpolypropylene with high stiffiness was studied,which will provide experience for the development of this series of products.
